For one
night only, long-time USC football fan and USC alum Will Ferrell is taking the
stage to headline “Make It Better”, an evening of stand-up comedy on Saturday,
February 20, 2010 at 8 pm. USC football head coach Pete Carroll’s charity “A
Better LA” will benefit from the evening’s event which is being presented at
Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in association with the STAPLES Center Foundation as
part of AEG’s Season of Giving campaign.
Also set to appear in “Make It Better” are comedians Zach Galifianakis, Demetri Martin, Rob
Riggle, Nick Swardson and Aubrey Plaza.
All net proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to “A
Better LA”. Guests attending the event will be supporting those who are
transforming Los Angeles, protecting the youth from
violence and saving lives through Pete Carroll’s “A Better LA”.
Tickets go on-sale to the public this Friday, November 20th
at 10 a.m. Tickets are priced
at $45, $79.75, $150 and $250. There is
an eight ticket limit per person.
